CHEF PERRY KWOK
For almost every stage of his life, Perry Kwok has held a different position in an entirely new industry than the last. First, as a microbiologist at Merck and Schering-Plough. Second as a corporate attorney at Verizon Wireless. All that time he was seeking his truest passion and finally found it! Cooking and cuisine have been at his heart – growing up as a first-generation Chinese American in New York his palette knew no bounds. Embracing this as a career, Perry graduated from the International Culinary Center in 2019, specializing in farm-to-table cuisine and sustainable food sourcing. He worked at several restaurants throughout his life. The last at Brick Farm Tavern, NJ, where he honed his skills on the line at the garde manger, oven, and pastry stations. Leaving the line, Chef Perry became a culinary instructor for Sur La Table and Rustico Cooking, NYC.

Nowadays, he enjoys spreading his love for cuisine virtually! He is the founder of Sh*t Happens Cooking wi/ chef perry, conducting cooking classes for home cooks and corporate team building exercises.
